Mandy James Business Owner Mandy started The Treehouse out of a desire to support and encourage parents during their child rearing journey. She is an army veteran and the mother of four young children.
Abby Allen Director Abby graduated from JCC with her associates degree in Early Childhood. She is currently continuing her education at SUNY Empire. She is expected to graduate in 2017 with a Bachelor's degree in Human Development.
Jasmine Hadley Assistant Director Jasmine has a teaching assistant certificate from JCC, as well as an Associates degree in Human Services. Jasmine is a mother of one and has worked in childcare for 5 plus years.
Candy Shaw Infant Lead Teacher Candy ran her own in-home daycare for 8 years. She received her Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential in June of 2016. Candy also coaches cheer-leading at Thousand Island School . She puts so much love and positivity into everything she does!
Terrah Papineau Infant Assistant Teacher Terrah attended the early childhood education program through BOCES. She is also a mother of one. Terrah hopes to further her education someday.
Aleah LaFlamme Infant Teacher's Aid Aleah has spent time volunteering, including church fundraisers, assisting church teachers with lessons and music activities, repairing flood damaged homes and serving in soup kitchens. She was also an assistant for a public school kindergarten class.
Mary Ellen Cooper Toddler Lead Teacher Mary Ellen has her Child Development Associate Credential. She is also currently furthering her education with anticipation of getting her Bachelors of Science degree in Early Childhood.
Katiann Park Toddler Assistant Teacher Katiann has a tremendous love for children. She and her husband are certified foster parents with the Children's Home of Jefferson County. Katiann is also a youth leader with The New Life Christian Church.
Jamie Vaca Toddler Assistant Teacher Jamie is currently in the New York National Guard. She and her husband hope to make a home here locally. Jamie dreams of finishing her degree in Early Education and become a lead teacher. She hopes to be able to wake up and go to a job in which she loves.
Shawna Dutton Thrive lead Teacher Shawna has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Psychology. She and her husband dream of having children of their own someday!

Elise Armstrong Sprouts 1 Lead Teacher Elise has her CDA. She is currently continuing her education and expecting to complete her Bachelor's in Childhood Education. Elise has two fur babies at home that she loves to tell the children stories about!
Kirsit Henry Sprouts 2 Lead Teacher Kirsti has a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood/Special Education. Kirsti and her family are currently celebrating a new addition to their family.
Gabbie Baker Sprouts 2 Subistute Drop-In 4PK Lead Teacher Gabbie has an Associate's degree in Early Childhood from JCC. She also ran her own in-home daycare for four years. She has two wonderful children.
Katie Loveland School-Age Lead Teacher Katie received her Associate's degree in Early Childhood from JCC. She is currently back at the University of Albany finishing her Bachelor's degree in Sociology. Katie is expecting to graduate in December 2017.
Brittni Lingley Float and Drop-In Brittni is currently attending JCC for childhood education. She is excited about graduating in 2018. Brittni's end goal is to one day become high school English teacher or teach at the college level.
Leah Beyer Drop-In and Float Leah has three strong passions, which are children, theater and animals. She received a Bachelor's of Arts in Theatre. Her hopes are to continue working with children, while being able to participate in theater on the side and volunteer at animal shelters. Leah is currently caste in a local theater production.
Sarah Fowler Drop-in and Float Sarah will be receiving her Associates degree in Childhood Education in December of 2017. She is patiently awaiting for her husbands return from his deployment.
Monica Houghton Float and Drop-In Monica has a true love for caring and teaching children. She and her fiance recently just announced that they are expecting their first child in the Spring of 2018. Monica's dream is to hopefully obtain her CDA and run an in-home daycare.
Siera Robbins Float Siera attended the early childhood education program through BOCES. During that time she shadowed in our toddler and infant rooms. She is currently attending JCC and on the softball team at JCC. Siera hopes to to become a preschool or kindergarten teacher.
Karlisa Reynolds Drop-In Karlisa is also currently attending JCC for Childhood Education. She dreams of becoming a special education teacher.
Rebekah Livingston Drop-In Bekah just moved back to the Watertown area after living in Arizona for 3 ½ years. She attends JCC as a Childhood Education Major. After she gets her degree, she wishes to be a second grade teacher somewhere in New York.
